The University of Pittsburgh's EMBA 36 alums met to review "The Speed of Trust". I was delighted to learn and share how important the topic is. We agreed it was instructive in a simple and easily readable fashion. If you have ever been a "shoot from the hip" relationship developer, I highly recommend reading this book which gets into the meat of defininig, creating, repairing and understanding the foundation of all relationships, trust.
