A Patriot's History of the United States: From Columbus's Great Discovery to the War on Terror Top Quality

Do not be intimidated by the length of this book. Although, the volume of content may give the appearance of a text book, it was certainly not written with the typical dry academic style. "A Patriot's History" is a great book for pleasure reading, or could be used successfully as a teaching tool. The authors do a tremendous job of detailing the economic, religious, and philosphical influences of each time period from colonization to the war on terror. The book was not written with a political agenda (just an agenda of presenting actual historical contexts), but is sure to promote a libertarian spirit in many readers. This book is also a tremendous refresher on Civics, by detailing the formation, foundation, and transformations of American government. Highly reccomend adding this one to your collection.Get more detail about A Patriot's History of the United States: From Columbus's Great Discovery to the War on Terror.
