I've read a few of Mr Maxwell's books now and this one is a solid effort. I am a bit leery of 21 laws for anything but his general advice is worth the read. Within it's pages there are some real pearls and at 260 pages, it's a pretty fast read. I think when you've written as many books as John Maxwell, you are bound to have some repetition in your books and that isn't so bad since you need to read this information over and over again.
