This was a huge book, hard to hold in one hand while nursing my baby. That's about the only time I had time to read anything. I liked most of the advice in the book, but the attachment parenting was hard. I wanted and want to be able to do that, but it is so hard when I have a toddler too, I just needed to get my newborn to sleep better. So it didn't help me with that. And I just couldn't carry him around in a sling all day, it was too hard to do anything really. Bending down I thought he would fall out, or walking around I thought I would bump him into the wall, so I just didn't agree with that advice.
